In this workshop, especially designed for children 12 months to 4 years old, we will discover the magical world of sensory play. In a small group and an adapted environment full of sensory experiences, children can feel free, have fun and various experiences that give them pleasure, acquire self-confidence and explore the material world by grasping, seeing, smelling and hearing. Children are given space and time to express themselves in "1000 ways". Addressing two different age groups, the program is adapted to the needs of each one of them.

Baby Sensory Play

12 – 30 months old (Wednesdays 17:00-18:00)

In this workshop we welcome young children into their first peer group experience guided by sensory activities. We work collectively and familiarize ourselves with the concepts of a group and of togetherness. Play with materials, textures, sounds and colors with no end result helps younger children to develop their senses and curiosity.

Kids Sensory Play

2.5 - 4 years old (Wednesdays 18:30-19:30)

In this group children are involved in a process that enables them to experiment, explore and get to know tools through an awakening of their senses with sensory play. By gradually coming into contact with tools, children’s fine motor skills and visual-motor coordination develop. Through different materials, they discover their skills and strengths and create their personal games with their imagination. Our goal at the end of this yearly workshop is to collectively construct our own installation of improvised games.

Number of participants: 8 children per workshop accompanied by an adult

Parents participate and have an active role during the workshop.

Since we often get dirty, it would be advisable to have a second set of clothes with you and a towel.
